Core Advantages

A summary of what sets our work apart from alternatives in the financial education space.

No Institutional Affiliation

We have no financial relationship with banks, brokers, or fund managers. Our incentive is participant understanding, not product distribution.

Hong Kong Context Throughout

Curriculum is built for HK-based investors — covering local REIT listings, S-REIT access, HKD considerations, and regional regulatory frameworks.

Small Cohort Learning

Six to twelve participants per cohort — enough to generate useful conversation without making individual questions feel unwelcome.

Written Exercises Included

The intermediate and advanced courses include structured written exercises that participants complete and keep — not certificates, but genuine thinking tools.

Designed for Working Adults

Evening and weekend sessions, with materials structured to be reviewed at a manageable pace between sessions.

Cumulative Curriculum

Three courses that build on each other. Start where you are — each stands alone, but together they form a coherent progression.

Knowledge Depth

Our educators bring backgrounds in asset management, property market research, and financial education. Course content draws on experience working with listed property vehicles across the Asia-Pacific region — not adapted from generic finance textbooks.

  • Curriculum shaped by practitioners with regional experience
  • Content reviewed before each cohort for accuracy
  • Annotated reading lists for those who want to go deeper

Structured Progression

Each course is sequenced carefully — concepts introduced in early sessions become the foundation for what follows. This is particularly important for the pre-retirement allocation course, where the interaction between different property vehicles requires prior understanding of how each type works independently.

  • Session content builds incrementally within each course
  • Written exercises reinforce and extend session learning
  • Courses designed to work in sequence for those who want the full picture

Participant Support

Questions are part of the work, not an interruption to it. Session time is allocated for discussion and we follow up on questions that would benefit from a longer answer. Participants have access to materials after each session.

  • Structured question time in every session
  • Written follow-ups for complex questions
  • Session materials retained after the cohort ends

Transparent Pricing

Course fees cover everything: session attendance, materials, reading lists, and the written exercise frameworks in the longer programmes. There are no add-ons, upsells, or follow-on product recommendations. The fee you see is the complete cost.

Practical Outcomes

Participants leave with a clearer framework for evaluating property income vehicles — not a recommendation, but a way of thinking. Those in the longer programmes also leave with a completed written exercise that captures their own analysis of the material.

  • A working vocabulary for property income vehicles
  • Confidence to read and evaluate product documentation independently
  • A written allocation review (10-week course participants)

What Makes Us Different

Specific features not commonly found in the financial education market.

The Allocation Review

Participants in the ten-week course complete a structured written allocation review — a document that walks through how property exposure might sit within their overall financial picture. No other course in Hong Kong offers this as an included element at this price point.

Explicitly No Sales

Many financial education events are underwritten by product providers. Ours are not. We state this clearly in all communications and enforce it structurally by not accepting sponsorship from any financial institution.

S-REIT Coverage

Singapore REITs are a meaningful component of many Hong Kong investors' portfolios, yet most HK-based financial education ignores them. Our curriculum addresses S-REITs alongside HK-listed REITs from the introduction course onward.

Course Graduates Can Revisit

Participants who have completed a course may attend one future session of the same course at no additional charge, useful for revisiting content when their circumstances have changed.
