Not Sure Which Course Fits?

We are happy to have a short conversation about where you are in your thinking and which programme, if any, might be a useful next step.

What Shapes Our Approach

A few things that distinguish how Pavilion Vault structures its work.

Education, Not Advice

Our courses cover concepts, structures, and historical context. We do not recommend specific products or manage funds on your behalf.

Small Group Format

Sessions are kept to small cohorts so that participants have space to ask questions and work through the material at a considered pace.

Relevant to Hong Kong

Content is shaped for investors based in Hong Kong, covering HK-listed REITs, S-REITs, and the tax and currency context that applies here.

No Sales Pressure

We are not affiliated with any financial institution or product provider. The environment is calm and the focus is on learning.

Written Deliverables

Longer programmes include structured written exercises that participants complete and keep — practical thinking tools, not certificates.

Paced for Midlife Schedules

Sessions are designed around working adults and those in late career — meeting in the evenings with materials available to review between sessions.

Common Questions

Some questions that come up often before someone decides whether a course is right for them.

Who are these courses designed for?
The courses are designed for people in midlife — typically those in their forties or fifties — who have some savings or investments and want to understand property income vehicles more clearly. No prior knowledge of REITs or financial markets is assumed.
Do you provide investment advice?
No. Pavilion Vault is an educational programme and does not provide regulated financial or investment advice. We explain how different property income vehicles work, their historical characteristics, and the questions worth asking — but we do not tell you what to buy, sell, or hold.
Where do sessions take place?
Sessions take place at our premises at 30/F, The Gateway Tower 6, 9 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. Evening sessions are held on weekday evenings; some Saturday morning sessions are also available depending on cohort scheduling.
How large are the groups?
We keep cohorts between six and twelve participants. This gives everyone a reasonable opportunity to raise questions and work through points of confusion without the session feeling rushed.
Can I attend more than one course?
Yes. The three courses are designed to be broadly cumulative, though each stands on its own. Some participants complete the introduction first and then join a later programme after a period of reading and reflection.
What is included in the course fee?
The fee covers all session materials, a reading list with annotated references, and the written exercises included in the longer programmes. There are no additional charges for materials.
